Over his 15 years in the commercial real estate industry, he has represented tenants and landlords in the Philadelphia suburbs from King of Prussia to Bucks County to the Philadelphia CBD to Southern New Jersey. Notwithstanding his long tenure serving the area’s real estate professionals, Brian is constantly learning and adapting to technological advancement in the commercial real estate sphere, providing his clients a balance of grizzled experience and innovation. Brian has generated transactions of over $250,000,000 and over 3,000,000 square feet.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Brian played professional baseball for 5 years after signing his first minor league contract out of the University of Virginia. He spent time with the Toronto Blue Jays and Montreal Expos organizations where he advanced as high as the AA level. Brian also played for the Camden Riversharks in the Atlantic League before retiring in 2003.
